Our logo has a ‘Star’, and ‘Arrows’ pointing toward the heights we set our aim on. ‘Fist’ is the symbol of power and the ‘Highland Bugle’ represents the Regiments of Indian Army, our MD was associated for about 24 years. Siona on the onset was conceived as Proprietor Company on 01 Jul 2008 as ‘SIONA SECURITY & MANAGEMENT SERVICES’. The actual work on building the company commenced on the eve of Diwali 2008. (ie on 27 Oct 2008.) Soon on 21 Nov 2009 the company was registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs as Siona Security & Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Company, basically to avail the DGR quota as those days a Pvt. Ltd. Company use to get a lot of priority in getting sponsorship of good PSUs and Govt. Departments. As Pvt. Ltd. Company,

Siona did total business of about 16.75 Cr before finishing the authorize quota of guards and reverted back to Proprietor Company on 22 Nov 2013 with same name and management with the same address. Ever since inception our MD has been main pillar of the organization, building it up gradually, overriding all types of hurdles. It has its Corporate Office at PNB Building, 381, Onkar Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi 110035, with regional offices at following two places:- a) B-19, Alfa-1, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar,UP and b) Plot No.177, Sect-52, Gurugram

Col H K Basoya (Retd.) is a highly experienced and disciplined professional from the Indian Army, bringing decades of expertise in leadership, security management, and administration.

After serving the nation with dedication, he transitioned into the corporate sector and established SIONA Security & Management Services with a vision to provide world-class security solutions.

His leadership ensures strict adherence to security protocols, continuous staff training, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism in every project handled by the company.

Under his guidance, SIONA has built a strong foundation and continues to deliver trusted and efficient services to all clients.

After leaving the Army he served as Vice President – Operation with MNC dealing in security and Facility Management, where he successfully managed pan India business and operations of the Company in India. He also worked as VP-Business Development in other well established company where he did liaison and Business development for the company’s foreign clients.

MANAGEMENT

The company is headed by a dynamic Ex-Army Officer an alumni of FMS (Delhi University), with vast experience in the field of Security and Facility management in the army as well as in the corporate sector and is classified trainer and assessors by SKDC(Security Knowledge and skill Development Council). His work has been appreciated number of times by CAPSI, the Apex body at National Level and has been awarded a letter of appreciation on 18 Jun 2021 and a ‘BATCH OF HONOUR’ on 17 Dec 2021 for displaying the exemplary leadership qualities in guiding the security professionals in Security Annual Leadership Summit
