Col HK Basoya , AFV is a MBA graduate from the FMS, Delhi University. He Commanded NCC Battalion in MP where he practised his MBA skills in training, grooming and character building of more than 9000 cadets, boys and Girls spread over four districts.

An Alumni of Officers Training Academy, Chennai, he was commissioned in the Rajputana Rifles a renowned and highly decorated Regiment of the Indian Army. A thoroughbred infantry soldier, he has had the distinction of participating in all operations undertaken by the Indian Army from 1985 to 2008, He gained rich experience in handling of operations and logistics against all odds in highest battlefield working as General Staff Officer. He sharpened his financial management skills while working as Assistant Director in AGIF, the only private co. owned and managed by Indian Army. He also showed his expertise in Event management by flawlessly handling RDC invitation cell twice in 2006 and 2007.

After leaving the Army he served as Vice President – Operation with MNC dealing in security and Facility Management, where he successfully managed pan India business and operations of the Company in India. He also worked as VP-Business Development in other well established co. where he did liaison and Business development for the company’s foreign clients.

His core skills include Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Development, Strategy Development, Operations Management, Market Research, Crisis resolution, customer service and consumer behaviour,
